We are a group of practitioners with diverse backgrounds and individual skills brought together by our common purpose and values.  We believe in what we do.  Through what we do we aim to “make a difference” in ways we see as most relevant to the world’s contemporary needs.  These arise from the dilemmas of the global village, with its increasing interconnectivity, and in the challenges of social and organizational development within it.

The world needs its technology to address complex contemporary issues, yet technical language itself is frequently a barrier to trust and understanding, and hence undermines progress.  The collaboration of people with diverse knowledge and interests offers the potential advantages of tremendous creativity and synergy - essential to the sustainability of our world population - yet population pressure on scarce resources often precipitates confrontation, with the result that everyone loses.
